Julie, I started to read "The Host" but I found that it was way too confusing to read. They jump right into the story and I found that it was hard to keep interest when it was so abrupt. Did you find it to be confusing in the beginning? Does it get less confusing as the story pans out? Also, I agree with you that Stephine Meyer is an excellent writer. Her books are long, but if you really like the book it should only take you a few days to read. When your done with one of her books your left wanted to read more!
