Keeper

This book is all about an interview with a (fictional) World Cup winning goalie. The interviewer, Paul Faustino, asks question about his past. He tells about a small town of loggers and how his town loved soccer. He was never very good until that faithful day when he wandered into the woods and stumbled upon a mysterious figure who taught him everything he knows now. I am halfway through this book and it is sort of boring. Will it get any better or will it be a predictable and boring ending?
