The Blind Side

I read The Blind Side by Michael Lewis. It's about a boy named Michael oher who is born to a mother addicted to crack in the projects of Memphis. The mother does the best she could to take care of him but that's next to nothing. When he was 16 his friend and friend's dad bring him to a rich white private christian school. Eventually, the Tuohy Family takes in Michael and takes him from earning straight Ds and Fs to As and Bs. He also becomes one of the most highly paid athletes in sports. This story is very moving and true and shows that if you're dedicated you can accomplish anything.
