Center Field

Center Field by Robert Lipsyte is book filled with twists and turns. If you like sports you should check this book out. It is about Mike Semak a high school student at Ridgedale High. Mike plays baseball for the Ridgedale Rangers, he is the center fielder. He is dating one of the hottest girls in the school. Then one practice a new kid comes named Oscar Ramirez. Oscar also plays center field. He gets in Mikes's head and Mike loses it. Mike might not just lose his starting job but maybe his mind! I say this is a must read for sports fans and regular book fans. So I would recomend this book for all people.
