Red Riding Hood

"Red Riding Hood" is a scary twist of the classic fairytale "Little Red Riding Hood". In the book Valerie and the town of Daggorhorn must always be avoiding the wolf and making monthly sacrifices to survive. Finally after eighteen years there is a blood moon. This means for four days only if the wolf bites you, you become a wolf too. Now the whole village is outraged and being extra cautious. Unfortunatley along the way many people are brutely murderd by the wolf and are'nt sure how to survive. Throughout the book Valerie falls in love with the man that is suspected to be the wolf, even though she is all ready engaged she wants to run away with this mysterious man called Peter. In the story, when she finally comes face to face with the wolf, they use the same words as they did in the story. Like, "What big eyes you have" "The better to eat you with my dear". In the end Valerie must make choices of who to trust and if Peter is really worth the danger of the wolf. -Dante Savanello
